Are you an experienced Dental Practice Manager/Operations Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our current eight Dental 99 clinics across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality patient care while preparing for planned growth and new clinic openings.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Strategy & Performance- Develop and execute business strategies to meet company KPIs and growth objectives.
- Monitor and analyse clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinic managers and senior staff.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all locations, maintaining high clinical and customer service standards.
- Improve processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Conduct daily huddles and performance reviews to drive team success.
- Plan and approve staff rosters
- Manage and approve clinic consumables and equipment costs within budget.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and retention of staff.
- Ensure compliance with AHPRA, DHHS, practice accreditation, employment laws, and legal regulations.
- Manage workplace employment relations.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement service improvements.
- Act as the point of contact for escalated patient complaints and legal matters.
- Work closely with marketing partners to ensure a strong brand presence and ROI.
- Oversee internal marketing initiatives and maintain brand guidelines.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Site Operations Manager or Dental Practice Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage financials, budgets, and performance reporting.
- Deep understanding of dental or health care compliance, accreditation, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel between clinics as required.
