The purpose of the Client Services Manager is to supervise and manage the key events and day to day tasks for our Employee Share Plan clients. This role involves regular contact with your portfolio of clients including day to day administration function for share plan participants as well as billing and invoicing.
In this role you will be responsible for:- Direct client management for assigned clients
- Regular (monthly/quarterly) pre-scheduled account meetings with assigned clients (face to face or via phone)
- Providing excellent customer support to ensure maximum satisfaction and a positive experience for our clients
- Supervision and management of key events and day to day tasks
- Working cohesively with other divisions- includes payments, registry, meetings, call centre, IT, risk and compliance
- Attending and chairing meetings with assigned clients
- Work with the Service Delivery team for all processing operational requirements
- Work with the Service Implementation Manager on any trust related queries and a program for relationship management
- Implementation of new processes, procedures and systems for the Client Service Management team, this may include business user acceptance testing. Complete actions and follow up on actions outlined as part of client retention tiers and strategies.

Knowledge & experience
- Experience within a similar role is beneficial however not essential.
- Strong understanding of internal business functions.
