Sales and Marketing Manager

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be essential in driving business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, expanding market reach, and promoting a diverse product range. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting sales strategies, optimising revenue, building customer loyalty, and using data insights to strengthen brand presence and maintain a competitive edge.

The annual salary is $73,150 - $75,000 plus superannuation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the creation and execution of sales plans and establishing sales goals to optimise the company’s revenue and enhance customer loyalty.
• Performing ongoing analysis of data and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns by comparing results with established benchmarks.
• Leading the formulation and execution of strategies to raise awareness and promote the company's products and services to a wide audience.
• Developing and establishing distribution channels for products and services, and initiating research to understand market trends and consumer preferences.
• Leading the creation and execution of strategies designed to increase the use of products and services by strengthening brand identity and fostering customer loyalty.
• Managing and coordinating sales operations by determining product assortment, sales territories, and customer service expectations.
• Overseeing the creation and execution of plans to enhance and uphold the company’s public image and reputation among customers, investors, and the public.
• Developing strategies for advertising, public relations, sales, and marketing in collaboration with other management team members.
• Guiding sales teams in establishing strong relationships with clients and overseeing the negotiation of sales agreements.
• Overseeing the planning and assessment of marketing strategies to ensure they align with business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Should have at least three (3) years of experience in the related field.
