Marketing Coordinator

About Our Client

Our client is a leader in the flooring solutions and distribution market, with a rich 30-year history. Today, our client offers multiple products across both commercial and residential markets.

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate and manage all aspects of new product launches and campaign implementation.
• Coordinate and execute marketing collateral including but not limited to content creation, proofing, internal comms, VM, media and more.
• Assist with booking and scouring for photo shoots.
• Assist with coordination and management of events including trade shows and conferences.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, external agencies and internal stakeholders across the business to optimise Marketing delivery.
• Collaborate with the Sampling department and CRM Manager to assist with sampling communications and ensure new product launches are released in a timely manner.
• Ad hoc and other administrative duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidates should have 2 + years of demonstrated experience in the Marketing campaign management space. The candidate should also have:

• Proven experience in creating and executing a variety of marketing collateral including brochures, social media content, copywriting and more.
• Strong organisational skills to assist with event coordination and setting up & booking photo shoots.
• Strong written skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally to the organisation.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

The successful candidate should be located in or around Epping, as the role is 5 days a week on site.
