• Proven experience as a Sous Chef, ideally in Lebanese, Middle Eastern, or Mediterranean cuisine.
• Confidence in wood fire grilling and working with live flames.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing kitchen teams.
• A passion for consistency, quality, and efficient kitchen operations.
• Full-time availability, including nights and weekends.
