Fitzroy neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar. Seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. Must be passionate about food and wine. Cooking a weekly changing menu using seasonal and organic produce.
We are looking for someone with:
Must have excellent cooking skillsTraining in fish and meat preparation
Experience cooking over charcoal
Experience with food ordering, par levels and wastage control
Experience running the pass
A love of food and wine
Strong work ethic
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Excellent communication and time management skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
