Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.Oversee and manage on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Ensure effective resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly and efficiently.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
Maintain excellent client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Construction Project Manager, Site Supervisor, or in a similar role.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
