System Administrator - Sydney
About the role
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our dynamic team at Prodigy Communications Pty Ltd in Lane Cove West, NSW. As a full-time System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our IT infrastructure to ensure the seamless operation of our business.
What you'll be doing
Manage and monitor the performance of our servers, networks, and other IT systemsImplement and maintain security measures to protect our IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the organisation
Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new solutions
Provide technical support and training to end-users
Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with industry standards and best practices
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar roleStrong technical skills in managing and maintaining Windows and Linux-based systems
Proficient in network administration, including TCP/IP, routing, and firewall configuration
Experience with cloud technologies, virtualization, and automation tools
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What we offer
$70,000 – $80,000 per year plus Super.
