Chef/Cook

• Common Line Cook – Multiple Casual, Part Time and Full Time positions available for immediate start.
• Responsible for preparing ingredients, preparing customer orders, cooking and serving food and cleaning workspace throughout the day to follow health and safety guidelines. Serving our 555 seat restaurant and café offering high quality house made cafe menu. Under the guidance and instruction of Management, the Cook is responsible for the planning, preparation and production of all food products at the venue as assigned. Key responsibilities include working closely with our Head Chef to maximise profitable food sales with a focus on customer satisfaction, producing and maintaining superior standards of food within the controlled cost parameters, developing and training kitchen team members, thereby contributing to the profitability, success and growth of the food business.
