In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing construction activities while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all project requirements are met and that communication flows seamlessly throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
