What You'll Do:
This is a hands-on position within Payroll across ANZ working closely with HR, Finance, and outsourced payroll providers.
As the company transitions to a new payroll system, you will be part of process improvements and system implementation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in payroll processing and collaborate with key internal teams.
- Managing email enquiries and resolution of discrepancies
- Process payroll for 1000 employees monthly
- Support payroll compliance and reporting requirements.
- Work with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll operations.
- Contribute to process improvements and help implement a new payroll system.
- Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related queries.
Who You Are:
- You already have 2-3 years of experience within Payroll
- You are approachable and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and you are a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- You are keen to develop your Payroll career and grow your responsibilities
- You have a proven ability to hit deadlines
- You are system savvy and have a willingness to learn new systems. Preceda experience is a benefit but not a must have.
