We are seeking an energetic, proactive and experienced IT Service Delivery Engineer to join our team. As Service Delivery Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our IT services are running smoothly and meeting our service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor & Manage IT Services: Keep an eye on the performance of our IT systems and services, ensuring they align with our SLAs and provide top-notch service to both clients and internal teams.
- Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution to minimize disruptions.
- Client Communication: Be the go-to point of contact for service-related inquiries, keeping clients and stakeholders informed with clear communication about service status and incident resolutions.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improving our service delivery processes, identifying ways to increase efficiency and enhance the overall service quality.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and provide valuable insights on service performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- ITIL certification or other service management certifications.
- 2-3 years’ experience in IT service delivery, support, or a similar role.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience in network/server/application monitoring.
- A solid understanding of ITIL principles and service management frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
- A customer-focused mindset, always striving for excellent service.
