Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Hardware Technician to enhance our dynamic team. This role involves comprehensive support and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Position Available: Hardware Technician

• Install, configure, and maintain mobile devices, laptop, computer and related peripherals, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues specific to mobile and laptop hardware and software, offering timely and effective solutions.
• Address inquiries regarding laptops and mobile device problems, providing expert advice and hands-on support.
• Execute software installations and updates on mobile devices and computer to meet user needs and enhance device capabilities.
• Customize mobile software settings to optimize device performance and user satisfaction.
• Maintain high efficiency in mobile device operations and application use, ensuring all systems are aligned with the latest technological advancements.
• Design and implement solutions for mobile network connectivity issues, enhancing communication links and website access on mobile platforms.
• Repair, replace, and upgrade mobile peripherals such as screens, batteries, and other components to maintain device integrity and functionality.

Salary: The compensation package is between $70,000 and $80,000 annually, plus superannuation, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications: Applicants must possess an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field, with a minimum of one years of experience in a similar role.
