What you will do?:

Supporting culinary operations in various dining settings
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Assisting with budget management and stock control
Leading and inspiring a team of casual chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff

More about you:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
Proven experience in high-volume kitchens and event venues
Knowledge of commercial cooking with a flair for creative presentation
Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively
A true passion for food and excellence in service
