ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Client Services and Creative to schedule short-term and forecast long-term resource within the Bulletproof Australia region
- Working in close partnership with our Singapore studio
- Collaborating with our London and New York studios to support workload across the group
- Sourcing and provide skilled freelance resource when required to facilitate the schedule
- Advance planning based on forecasts and timelines
- Maintain an up-to-date database of resource
- Studio holiday planning: balance resource, ensure cover and instigate handovers
- Update project stakeholders on daily developments
- Track and inform project planning meetings
- Assist development of project management plans
- Enable effective planning meetings
- Monitor Client Services’ timeline management
- Maintain consistent resource
- Summarise project status for stakeholders
- Instigate Assets checks at the right stage
- Source global 3rd party media and creative services required to execute the project incl. Photography, Structural, moving-image, typography, illustration…etc.
- Negotiate rates and usage rights
- Purchase and IP management of library images and fonts
- Timely usage rights check and pricing
- Contractual and financial tasks for the above procedures
- Time sheet policing
Requirements
