Technical SME
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical SME. You will be responsible for providing expert-level technical guidance, support, and solutions to our clients and internal teams.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical role, preferably as a Technical SME.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in specific technical areas related to our industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in providing technical training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Strong documentation skills to create technical documentation and reports.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and managing multiple priorities.
