Job Description- Overseeing and managing financial reporting processes
- Assisting with budget preparation and management
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations
- Managing payroll and benefits administration
- Supporting the annual audit process
- Collaborating with other departments to inform financial decision-making
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Providing financial advice and guidance to the wider organisation
The Successful Applicant
A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field- Strong understanding of not-for-profit accounting procedures
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A temporary position with potential to go permanent
