About the Role
We’re on the hunt for an IT Trainee to join our Head Office Team in Traralgon. You’ll work alongside a team of tech enthusiasts, solving real-world IT challenges, troubleshooting hardware, learning the ins and outs of IT infrastructure, and studying towards a Certificate III in Information Technology with Chisholm Institute.
What We’re Looking For
This role is for someone who lives and breathes IT. If you're the kind of person who gets excited about new tech, builds custom PCs for fun, or loves debugging code, we want you!
The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine passion for IT and technology (this is a must!)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
- The ability to work through problems logically
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written
- A strong eye for detail and organisation
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A driver’s license (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to undertake a Certificate III in Information Technology
