Location: Office location will be determined dependent on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane

Accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of our executions and for delivering insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver for one of our leading clients at EssenceMediacom.
Some of the things we’d like you to do:
Marketing Strategy, Measurement Evolution & Client Engagement
Marketing Strategy & Measurement: Develop a comprehensive understanding of marketing plans and objectives to support account teams in building robust measurement, testing, and learning plans.Innovative Marketing Campaign Development: Create and support the development of innovative marketing campaigns, ensuring clear objectives are defined for success.
Client Relationships: Nurture and expand existing client relationships while proactively identifying new opportunities for collaboration.Measurement Partner & Creative Agency Collaboration: Lead effective communication and collaboration with measurement partners and creative agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and provide occasional consulting to drive strategic outcomes.
Analytics & Innovation
Campaign Review & Insights: Lead the development of clear, insightful, and thought-provoking campaign reviews to inform strategy.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Collaborate with account teams to define key questions for evaluating campaign performance and leverage data sources to provide actionable insights.Measurement Tool Innovation: Spearhead the design and development of innovative measurement tools, managing the process through to global delivery and implementation.
Advanced Analytics: Lead complex analytical projects and cultivate a deep understanding of our data infrastructure.Analytical Capability Advancement: Work with the broader analytics team to adopt new methodologies, techniques, tools, and systems that drive “best in class” analytical capabilities across the agency.
Project & Team Leadership
Project Leadership: Spearhead and oversee the successful execution of all project phases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Team Collaboration & Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration within the department and implement effective communication strategies.
Team Management & Development: Recruit, manage, and mentor analytical resources, ensuring efficient workflow and the ongoing professional development of the team.Mentorship & Leadership Development: Serve as a role model and mentor, actively contributing to the development of future leaders within the organization.
A bit about yourself:
Degree from a top-tier College, Bachelor above or equivalent (preferably numerical)Experience working in a measurement, market research and / or data based role
Experience managing a team and ability to delegate effectively
Exposure to measurement of both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns
Experience in market mix model or media measurement is required
Excellent at presenting data in a visually engaging and insightful manner that cuts through the noise
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong understanding of what data points can be collected and analyzed in a digital campaign, and how each data point should be analyzed
Established and professional communication, presentation, and motivational skills
