Join us as our new Crewing Team Leader.

We are looking for a new member to join our Crewing team in a work environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. Reporting to the Crewing Manager, you will lead a team that is accountable for resourcing and scheduling our offshore personnel across the Asia Pacific region, including our Diving, ROV, Survey & Inspection, Deck, Marine and Supervisory personnel.

Your focus on the day-to-day operations will enable the Crewing Manager to focus on strategy and system improvements. Your role will include planning for projects and operations, personnel logistics, recruitment, and competency management.

The Crewing team achieves outstanding results for our external and internal stakeholders through the team's friendly, professional, resourceful and solution driven attitudes. Your mindset and flexible approach to work, will naturally support and align with this.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar position, ideally as an experienced Senior Crew Coordinator or Team Leader
  • The ability to lead and drive your team’s performance through mentorship and guidance
  • Marine and / or Subsea Project crewing experience would be highly advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, as you will be engaging with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Exceptional planning, organising and scheduling skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite and the ability to navigate complex databases.

Reporting to the Crew Manager.
