Role Summary
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Procedure &Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to assist organisation to achieve greater efficiency and solve organisational problems, and study organisational structures, methods, systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear strategic objectives and business plans by assisting in developing strategies to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and resource utilization.
- Continuously improve organizational processes and structures by evaluating them and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant information and data related to financial viability, cost structures, profitability metrics and trading effectiveness of the organization and identify areas of improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue growth potential.
- Assessing potential risks within the organization’s processes, projects and strategies including financial risks, operational challenges, and market uncertainties by analyzing data, conducting risk assessments and recommending effective mitigation strategies
- Contributing to strategic planning and decision making by collaborating closely with senior management to provide expert advice on risk management practices ensuring that the organization minimizes exposure to risks while maximizing opportunities.
- Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and unnecessary complexities in process by analyzing workflows and proposing streamlined solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Evaluate job functions by considering factors like workload distribution, skill sets, and alignments with organizational goals. Redefining roles to optimize efficiency and ensure that each team member contributes effectively.
- Conducting interviews with employees, managers and all other stakeholders to gather firsthand knowledge and develop insights for reaching informed and effective recommendatory solutions.
- Creating comprehensive reports summarizing findings, recommendations and progress. Sharing these reports with senior management to provide them with actionable insights and data driven decision support.
- Continuously evaluate processes, resource allocations and expenses for cost optimization by identifying areas where costs can be reduced without compromising quality or performance.
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor actions by analyzing market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies and develop insights to help the organization adapt, innovate, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Empower decision making by providing insights based on data analysis, industry knowledge and strategic thinking to guide the organization towards its set targets.
- Foster a learning environment and enhancing the overall capabilities of the organization by supporting team members through guidance and helping them develop their skills and competencies through personalized coaching, identifying areas of improvement, and encouraging professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data for informed purchasing decisions.
- Outstanding communication skills, fostering teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility in work schedules, ability to work across different time zones, and no travel restrictions.
- Fluency in both Turkish and English, both written and verbal, is preferred.
- Proficient in negotiation and communication, cultivating effective supplier relationships.
- Collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams like merchandisers, marketers, and sales staff.
- Proficiency in effective people management.
- Detail-oriented mindset, emphasizing quality standards and compliance.
- Competency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
