FP&A Analyst Accountant

What you'll Do
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the FP&A Manager and GM Finance to deliver key financial insights that drive strategic decisions. You'll be the bridge between data and actionable business outcomes, collaborating across multiple entities and operational stakeholders.This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects, refine your financial modelling expertise, and gain exposure to investor relations in a fast-paced ASX-listed environment.
Your role will also involve supporting the preparation of financial reports, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring data accuracy to inform decision-making. As the company continues its high-growth trajectory, you will play a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering meaningful insights.
- Assist in the development of Investor Relations packs.
- Partner with 8 entities across the business to provide FP&A support, including budgeting, forecasting, and business case analysis.
- Perform advanced financial modelling, data manipulation, and variance analysis.
- Support monthly management accounts preparation, including timesheet data interpretation and service utilisation reporting.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to derive insights and explain the drivers behind financial performance.
- Prepare financial presentations and assist in ERP changeover tasks, including data cleansing and formatting.
Who you are:
You'll bring at least 5 years of experience in Audit, Corporate Finance, or a similar commercial role. Key attributes include:
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Exposure to corporate finance or a background in Audit with demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Experience with TM1 or similar financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly.
- An adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
