Relationship and Marketing Manager
We’re MSP Photography – Australia’s leading school photography company. Our national footprint consists of 25 local businesses, all backed by a national support network. Following our philosophy, we aim to make the lives of teachers, students and, parents easier, which is why we’re skillful in handling the unique photography, printing, promotional, and marketing needs of our schools.
We are looking for a passionate Relationship and Marketing Manager to join our team and help us to transform the School photography experience.
Requirements
Your responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Development- Develop and implement new sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with the company's brand identity and values.
- Assist in budgeting for financial year
- Collaborate with the team to strategically plan and execute the annual conference
- Partner with cross-functional teams to strategically plan, coordinate, and execute National EDMs and COT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering impactful outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our associations build business as well as maintain contracts with our business partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our franchisees, offer support to help them succeed
- Organize and participate in conferences to strengthen community ties and promote services, this will include booking and selecting the best locations for exhibitor stands
- Coordinate giveaway stock and any additional stand requirements for franchisees
- Manage our social media channels to showcase photography work and interact with the school community.
- Ensuring invoices are managed and paid when they fall due
About you
You are a passionate and enthusiastic individual that has a keen eye for detail and impeccable organizational skills and you can manage your own workload and work autonomously.
You will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
A valid Working with Children check is required for this position.
