• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements and design specifications.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of ICT systems to identify defects and ensure system reliability and performance under various conditions.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) to streamline testing processes and enhance test coverage.
• Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand system requirements and validate software functionality.

• Document test cases, test results, and defects thoroughly and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Maintain test environments and test data to ensure consistency and reliability of testing activities.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.
• Working on with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• To be working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Configuring Salesforce environments, managing Custom metadata, flows, and queries to curate required data and ensure system functionality.
• Prefer to have good knowledge of Salesforce Omni studio components (Integration procedures , Flex Cards ,Omni Scripts) based working knowledge on healthcare projects.
