The Role
The Business Analyst role exists to ensure successful implementation of new/changed business processes and the implementation of several ICT systems. The Business Analyst will work with operational areas to develop a solid set of optimised 'to-be' business processes, system requirements and recommendations for preferred solutions, utilising either existing project systems or new vendor solutions.
Essential- At least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst working across both IT and non-IT projects.
- Extensive experience in Business Process Mapping and Requirements Specification documentation
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
- Experience within non-profit sector
- CRM implementation experience
- Previous experience working in the not-for-profit sector
