The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise across various modules and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Contract | Hybrid | $700 - $800/day inc. Super

Key Responsibilities:
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide platform insights, translating needs into functional specifications.
The developer will configure and customise ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts, while also developing and maintaining REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and third-party applications.

Additional responsibilities include performing instance upgrades, patching, and system maintenance to ensure optimal platform performance and scalability. The successful candidate will support ITSM processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and collaborate with the wider business to drive adoption of best practices and maximise platform capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including proficiency with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Service Portal development
Solid understanding of core ServiceNow modules and workflows, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS for custom UI development within ServiceNow
