Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - Marketing Specialist

As we continue to scale up, we have a number of exciting projects on the horizon and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant specializing in marketing to join our dynamic team in Sydney, Australia.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Dynamics 365, specifically within the marketing module, and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing solutions for our clients. This role requires an individual who is an Australian citizen/permanent resident or holds a valid working visa for Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret client requirements to design and implement Dynamics 365 marketing solutions.
- Work closely with clients to ensure their marketing objectives are met through the effective use of Dynamics 365.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for marketing automation, lead management, and customer engagement using Dynamics 365.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 marketing modules to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption of the system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications as required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and marketing technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of two years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365, specifically within the marketing module.
- Proven experience in implementing and optimizing marketing solutions using Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and customer engagement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Hold Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing-related certifications
