Job Description
The HR Advisor will be a key player in a project to review and adapt policy & procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Updating employment contracts
- Driving continuous improvement in HR practices
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, reviewing and adapting policy & procedure
- Strong knowledge of employment law and relevant awards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
