Job Description- Advise and support managers on HR policies and processes
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage employee relations issues within the company
- Identify training needs and organise appropriate training interventions
- Support the implementation of change processes
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes
- Work on specific HR projects as required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Experience in industrial / manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and discretion
