About the Role
As Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key advisory role across the organisation-providing financial insight, analysis, and strategic guidance to operational and executive leaders. You will work closely with the general finance team and two other Finance Business Partners, each aligned with a specific business unit.Your work will influence decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and support long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the key finance contact for a designated business unit
- Deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and financial reports
- Support month-end close processes and variance analysis
- Provide financial modelling and advice for business cases and initiatives
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Champion safety, inclusion, and ethical practice in line with organisational values
- CA or CPA qualified with strong technical accounting skills
- High attention to detail and analytical ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively
- Australian Police Check (and international where applicable)
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
