We are seeking an Accounts Officer to assist with the delivery of high-quality bookkeeping services to Lumina clients. Managing bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable, whilst offering support to the Senior Bookkeeper for a small number of prestige clients in our outsourced accountancy division.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Duties- Completion of various bookkeeping tasks as set by supervisors, delivery of a high standard of work within specified deadlines,
- Accurately entering financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines, efficiently and effectively.
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all work.
- Supporting the wider finance team with the client management and support across all AP/AR requests.
- Developing an understanding of the different clients, whilst maintaining a clear, professional and respectful communication.
- Develop good working relationships with team members, and keep senior staff informed of progress on jobs.
- Ability to manage time effectively: shows an ability to plan and prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Maintaining high professional standards of behaviour at all times, demonstrated by “grace under pressure”, enthusiasm, flexibility and resourcefulness.
- Maintaining a professional and organised workspace.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related Accounts Officer or Bookkeeping position.
- High mathematical and numerical aptitude.
- Eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactiveness and ability to use initiative throughout your work.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment, whilst striving for success.
