In this role, you will play a key part in the employee lifecycle, with a focus on talent acquisition support, HR system management, contract administration, and general P&C operations. Requirements

What you'll do
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide recruitment updates.
  • Support in the creation of Letters of Offer to successful candidates.
  • Maintain and update the HR Management System (HRMS) with employee records, and other key information.
  • Create and issue contracts of employment or variation letters to accurately reflect employment terms.
  • Draft and issue employment contracts, contract amendments, and other employment-related documents.
  • Ensure all onboarding steps and certifications are completed across the Group.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation in all contract-related activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and P&C mailboxes to respond to queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general people processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support merch orders and distribution.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best quality solutions.
What you'll bring
  • Experience in a P&C support role, ideally within IT.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, including conducting phone screens and coordinating candidates.
  • Ability to learn or experience in HR systems to maintain data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders.
  • Able to work with discretion, handling confidential and sensitive information or data.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
