About the Role

Supporting the People and Culture Manager and the wider HR team, you will be assisting with the full employee lifecycle. This is a generalist position, supporting with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee contracts, HR policies and procedures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently completed their university studies or is at the beginning of their People and Culture career.

Duties

As the People and Culture Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • HR Administration - Managing the HRIS with employee details, changes to employment, new starters and employee documentation. Processing any secondments, internal transfers and contract changes onto the systems.
  • Recruitment - Supporting the People and Culture Business Partners with candidate selection, posting job ads, scheduling interviews and recruitment campaigns.
  • Onboarding - Preparing employee letters and contracts, ensuring compliance and process adherence. Supporting new-starts with any questions prior to their start date, and ensuring they are uploaded onto HRIS records.
  • HR Projects - Assisting internal stakeholders, across functions, with administrative duties for HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Employer Brand - Create and post innovative social media posts to attract suitable talent and maintain the positive employer brand.

Skills & Experience

To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Have full working rights in Australia.
