Job Overview:ProService Handyman Brisbane is seeking a skilled, adaptable, and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team. As a trusted local handyman business, we specialise in a wide range of home repairs, maintenance, and improvement services across Brisbane.
From minor fixes to custom builds, you’ll deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service, contributing to our reputation for quality and reliability while growing your career with us.
Responsibilities:- Perform general home maintenance, including custom carpentry and cabinetry, TV installations, plasterboard repairs, tap and washer repairs/replacements, toilet hardware fixes, door lock and handle repairs/replacements, and fence/gate construction and installation.
- Design and fabricate custom projects using wood, metal, and plastics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, adapting to a variety of tasks and challenges.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the ProService team and clients.
- Work to deadlines, adhere to a calendar system, and participate in virtual and in person pre-start meetings as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive willingness to learn new techniques and skills.
- Commitment to delivering reliable, on-time service in line with our standards.
- Ability to work independently while remaining adaptable to collaborate in a team environment as project needs require.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, paired with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ownership of personal tools (tool allowance provided).
