Experienced Registered Nurses & New RN graduates for AFTERNOON & NIGHT SHIFTS

Sunnymeade is currently recruiting experienced RN & New RN graduates specifically for: AFTERNOON SHIFTS 2.00pm – 22.00pm or NIGHT SHIFT 22:00pm - 07:00am.

High rate of pay, plus additional RN afternoon & night shift allowances.

The role: We are looking for "experienced or newly graduated Registered Nurses" to join us working afternoon & nights.

You will liaise with medical practitioners, family and other health professionals in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the individual resident care.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Experience working in an Australian Aged Care Facility an advantage
• Experience with dementia patients highly desirable.
• Demonstrated competence in medication management, clinical skills and documentation
• Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting, hospitals, or community care advantageous.
• Empathy with elderly residents and their families
• Knowledge of AN-ACC and Accreditation standards would be advantageous
• Experienced & new graduates are welcome to apply
• To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations, and have the right to work and reside in Australia, National Police Check
