Given the quality of our clients and the quality of our service, Dimeo is seeking to fill the position of Contract Administrator for one of our most prominent clients.

About the role

In the role of ICT Manager, you will have autonomy to deliver known business outcomes within a transparent operational framework.

The role mainly consists of:
  • Assesses information requirements and determines appropriate technological solutions for site deployments.
  • Develops and oversees ICT strategies, policies, and planning initiatives.
  • Manages the selection, implementation, and deployment of ICT resources, including user training programs for new users of Operational Technology.
  • Supervises operations, prioritizing system development, maintenance, and functionality.
  • Ensures the security and integrity of ICT systems implemented on sites.
  • Provide remote technical support and on-site assistance for equipment and software issues.
  • Set up users and devices to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Continuously track system usage to identify and resolve issues requiring maintenance.
  • Assist operations staff in preparing reports for clients.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute user guides and documentation for staff and clients.
  • Manage user accounts and support operational continuity.
  • Maintain records of system configurations, deployments, and updates.

Skills and experience

The skills and qualifications that this position requires include:
  • Management and operations experience this is a necessity
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the titled role or a highly relevant field - we regularly hire from outside of the industry (Construction, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, etc.)
  • Strong connection to our corporate culture and understanding of our values and ideals.
  • Accountability, autonomy, responsibility and adaptability are sought after qualities in the right candidate
Remuneration/Salary
  • Market leading based on commensurate experience
  • Package to include vehicle allowance
