We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Senior Marketing executive to elevate our marketing efforts. In this role you will be based in our Melbourne office, and be the key marketing contact, collaborating closely with the local General Manager and the central UK team to develop and execute impactful B2B strategies that drive demand and revenue.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Develop and execute a cutting-edge B2B marketing strategy specifically designed for the Australian market to drive growth.
  • Design and implement impactful campaign initiatives that expertly combine both strategic and tactical elements.
  • Lead a dynamic Account-Based Marketing program.
  • Create captivating content for digital platforms, including web, email, and social media, featuring insightful blogs and persuasive case studies, while also localszing content sourced from the Head Office.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing KPIs, working closely with the sales team to enhance overall performance.
  • Oversee the management of Australia’s digital marketing assets, including the website and CRM systems.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage resources and budget effectively to optimize brand growth and return on investment while keeping Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) low.
  • Facilitate customer engagement through email and SMS communication channels.
  • Take on additional projects as necessary to boost overall marketing effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven track record in demand generation campaigns with measurable B2B results.
  • Sales experience with an understanding of sales challenges; collaborates effectively with sales and marketing teams.
  • Expertise in modern marketing tactics, tools, and channels, both online and offline.
  • Experience in developing and executing an ABM strategy aligned with revenue goals.
  • Utilises marketing analytics to inform strategies and adapt campaigns as needed.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Skilled copywriter capable of creating high-quality digital content.
  • Confident in engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Experienced in budget management and campaign performance reporting.
  • Strong management skills to optimise agency and team performance; proactive and able to prioritise projects.
  • Demonstrates leadership through mentoring and engaging with the marketing team.
What We Offer
  • FTE Salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
