About you:

You will be experienced in managing a busy section
You work like a duck - cool and calm on the surface, even if your legs are paddling hard under the water
You are 100% guest focussed and passionate about ensuring they enjoy the full dining "experience"
You are passionate about all things food, wine and cocktails
You have a great sense of style and personal presentation
You hold a current NSW RSA

Most importantly, we are seeking people who are willing to work hard and have a great deal of fun along the way.
