SITS College (RTO No. 91533) is an established Registered Training Organisation operating since 2009, with over 16 years of experience delivering training and assessment services to domestic and international students. The RTO supports CRICOS and domestic student cohorts, including funded delivery across Queensland and New South Wales.
To support SITS College's continued growth and increasingly complex operations, we are seeking an experienced Operational Process Analyst to review workflows, improve procedures, and support consistent, efficient operations across student administration, training support, funded delivery and reporting functions.
About the Role
The Operational Process Analyst will be responsible for analysing organisational systems, operational workflows, administrative procedures and process documentation across key operational areas, including student administration, admissions, training delivery support, operational reporting, operational onboarding and procedural guidance documentation, and compliance support functions.
The role reports to the Director and works collaboratively with operational, academic, student support and compliance teams.
Pay $110,000 + super
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and review organisational systems, workflows and administrative procedures across domestic, funded delivery and CRICOS operations.
- Undertake work studies and operational reviews of existing and proposed methods and procedures.
- Review and document workflow charts, standard operating procedures, operational manuals, staff procedures and process documentation.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, duplication and workflow improvement opportunities.
- Prepare recommendations to improve operational methods, resource utilisation, process consistency and organisational effectiveness.
- Review and support operational process improvements to ensure domestic, international and funded training operations are integrated, consistent and able to function seamlessly across student administration, reporting and training delivery support areas.
- Assist with the implementation of approved operational process improvements and revised procedures.
- Support the development and maintenance of operational onboarding and procedural guidance documentation.
- Liaise with operational, academic, student support and compliance personnel regarding process improvement initiatives.
- Review operating procedures and identify departures from approved systems and standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation relating to workflow analysis, process review and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification, together with relevant experience in organisational process analysis, workflow review, procedures analysis, or operational improvement. Applicants with substantial equivalent experience in a comparable role will also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience analysing organisational systems, reviewing operational workflows, developing or improving procedures, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Experience preparing or reviewing standard operating procedures, workflow documentation, operational manuals, process maps, or organisational procedure frameworks.
- Ability to assess existing systems and methods, identify inefficiencies or process gaps, and prepare practical recommendations for improvement.
- Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple operational functions within a regulated environment.
- Experience in the education and training sector, or RTO operations, is preferred but not essential.
