Universal Marble & Granite is an established masonry company specialising in fabricating and installing kitchen benchtops. We require a full time experienced Stonemason .
About The Role:Successful candidate must have experience in all aspects of masonry and willing to be an allrounder. Primary duties will include installation and factory work. Experience in measuring will also be an advantage.
This is a Full-time position, Monday - Friday. Immediate start available for the right person!
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:- Previous experience (at least 2 years) in all aspects of stonemasonry - cutting, polishing, mitring, gluing, installation, with a high quality finish.
- Attention to detail
- Forklift license (preferred although not essential)
- Must be physically fi t for Stone installations.
- Be honest, reliable and punctual
- Ability to work productively unsupervised while maintaining a positive work ethic
- Care of workmanship and equipment.
- Able to read detailed drawings & work to precise measurements.
- Strong self-motivation, drive and excellent attention to detail
- Current drivers licence.
Salary offered is $70k to $80k + superannuation
