We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team in kitchen hand roles at our newest establishment. If you are passionate, have a great attitude and work ethic, want to be in a fast-paced kitchen environment, then this role is perfect for you!

Darling Pavilion is soon to be our 15th venue. Opening at the start of August 2023, this venue will be a popular destination known for its vibrant atmosphere, excellent food, and top-notch service. Located in a bustling Darling Harbour, next to Tumbalong Park, we will cater to a diverse clientele, offering a wide range of classic and innovative dishes crafted from the finest locally sourced ingredients.
This kitchen will operate at a high volume, ensuring a fast-paced and exciting work environment. As part of the opening team you will be instrumental in the development and success of our kitchen operation.
To be successful in this role you must possess: Responsibilities- To maintain the cleanliness of equipment, crockery and cookware.
- Effectively communicate and in some cases lead your kitchen hand team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, inform the Head or Sous Chef of any shortages, and assist in placing orders for ingredients, equipment or supplies.
Requirements:
- A willingness to grow and progress with the company

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and deliver outstanding results.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements.
