Job Description- Complete data entry of customer orders and returns in a timely manner.
- Provide efficient and effective resolution to customer queries.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Record customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Assist in the development of customer service procedures and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Officer should have:
- A strong background in customer service.

- Proficiency in using customer service software, ideally SAP.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- An hourly rate of $34-$38 plus superannuation, pending experience.
