The business has successfully scaled in multiple countries & is 5 years into their expansion within Australia. You will join a growing team within their newly appointed Melbourne Offices & work closely with teams in other states.
The Role
The objective of this position is to provide support to the finance team in managing the Accounts Payable function. You'll collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and other Team Leaders in this department. While the role will focus mainly on Accounts Payable, you will also support with general Office Administration duties too.
This role adopts a Hybrid / Work From Home (WFH) arrangement. Following your training phase, you'll have the opportunity to work from home for two to three days each week. The office is conveniently situated in the Melbourne CBD in brand new offices.

- Accounts Payable
- Processing Invoices
- Preparing Files for Payment
- Payment Runs
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ad hoc support to Finance team
- Process Improvement
- Office Administration
- Stationary Ordering
- Corporate Travel
- Event Support
Your Profile
This role is well suited to an ambitious Accounts Payable Officer who wants to grow their career. Ideally someone who is confident with their end to end Accounts Payable skills who can hit the ground running from day one. A positive attitude is a must, you will be joining a successful team environment that will hold you accountable to delivering to a high standard.
