Personal Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support residents with mobility and physical activities.
• Assist with medication management and health monitoring as required.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A caring and respectful approach to supporting elderly individuals.
