Chef - Full time position

Salary Range $60,000 - $80,000 p.a.
Olivigna Pty Ltd, South Warrandyte, is an Olive Grove, Winery, Distillery and Restaurant that has received rave reviews for the quality of the cuisine, superior service and spectacular setting. The vision of the venue has been to create the hospitality and modern Italian food experience of Italy in an Australian setting.

Requirements:
- At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus two years of full time post-qualification experience in the relevant position OR at least 3 years of experience in the relevant position
- Capacity to stay calm and perform immaculately under pressure
- Good team player
- True desire to learn and really strengthen as a chef under great leadership
- Completed HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
