ICT Customer Support Officer

Roles & responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal staff and external clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage IT systems, network services, and performing maintenance tasks.
- Support the roll-out of new applications and managing upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and company IT policies.
- Monitor and maintaining computer systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues.
- Proficiency in technical support processes (remote and onsite).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
