At a’Mare, we showcase the best of Italian cuisine , seasonal produce, handcrafted pasta, woodfired flavours, and tableside service.All delivered in the spectacular setting of Crown Sydney.
Cibaria Manly is a One-Hatted, multi-level, 350-seat Italian restaurant that brings together the best of Italian cuisine across its diverse culinary stations that include; antipasteria, salumeria, spaghetteria, bisteccheria, forneria, cruderia, friggitoria, and gelateria.From handcrafted pastas and woodfired pizzettas, to curated cocktails and house-made gelato, we offer a true Italian experience from morning through to late evening.
Our venue includes à la carte dining, private event spaces, and our beachfront Caffetteria open daily from 7am. We also serve bespoke drinks through Cocktaileria, located within 55North Bar by Cibaria, in partnership with the Manly Pacific Hotel (M Gallery).
We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead and direct our team to success. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in large scale venues with multiple outlets

Essential Requirements:
Strong English communication skills; written and spoken.Current NSW RSA
Full Australian working rights
Computer literacy is a must!
Hospitality Diploma and/or 1-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in premium dining venues
Great memory for faces and ability to engage customers and staff and build excellent rapport
Italian food & wine knowledge
Polite personal manner, both face-to-face and over the phone
Ability to multi-task
Understanding of hospitality costs & labour management
Ability to keep cool under pressure
Strong team-leading skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent grooming standards
Hours can vary and include weekend and holiday work
Preferred Requirements, but not deal breakers:
Formal wine studies completedExperience with SevenRooms or other online reservations platforms

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Shift managementEnsuring the smooth and consistent delivery of service
Delivery of daily staff briefings prior to every service
Daily shift operations & financial reporting
Cash handling
Ongoing staff performance management
