Restaurant Managers

MICHELE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD located in Sydney NSW 2000 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team.

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations across front and back of house to ensure efficient service
• Leading and supervising service shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism
• Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members
• Training and developing team members to deliver high-quality customer service
• Preparing staff rosters and managing labour costs in line with business needs
• Monitoring staff performance, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback
• Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints effectively
• Managing reservations and coordinating service flow
• Overseeing end-of-day procedures including cash handling and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and liaising with suppliers
• Monitoring financial performance including revenue, expenses, and cost control
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
• Maintaining product quality and service standards
• Implementing solutions to operational challenges

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum
