About Our Client

Our client is a well-known and recognised leader in the legal industry. This HR Business Partner role will assist the HR director in the management of the end-to-end employee life cycle for employees in Melbourne and Sydney for a mid-tier firm with approximately 300 employees.

Job Description

This role will involve ownership of the entire employee life cycle management, including but not limited to:

• End-to-end portfolio management, including ER, L&D, and remuneration
• Providing guidance on performance management processes and succession planning.
• Facilitating employee development initiatives and training programs.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all business stakeholders.
• Managing the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-quality talent.
• Analysing HR metrics to inform business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Human Resources Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in a similar HR BP role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency and knowledge in multiple HRIS systems.
• A commitment to promoting a positive company culture.

• Up to $75 per hour plus superannuation per hour.
• Melbourne CBD location.
• 5-month contract.
