Job Description- End to end management of a HR business portfolio.
- Supporting business leaders on employee performance matters.
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
- Nurturing a positive working environment, including DEI and recruitment.
- Learning and ongoing development of all levels of staff.
- Assisting in both ER and IR matters.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout all ER and IR processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Human Resources Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Working knowledge HRIS systems and HR databases.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skill.
- $120,000 - $130,000 per year plus superannuation, pending experience.
- A permanent position in a supportive healthcare organisation.
- Melbourne CBD location.
- 1 day work from home flexibility
